Groups, teams and peer connection

Groups, Teams and Peer Connection

Here you can find different ideas to build connections.  Our experience of the people we work with is a big factor in our wellbeing at work.

Schwartz Rounds

Working in any health setting can present challenges, and these sessions are designed to reconnect colleagues with each other and remind them why they do their job. The sessions take place regularly throughout the year across the Trust. More information can be found on the intranet.
