Our annual Heart of CWPT Awards celebrate the outstanding individuals and teams that make up Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.

Since 2010, we have held our annual awards to celebrate our incredible people. The awards are an opportunity to recognise outstanding individuals and teams at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPT) who have made a difference over the past year.
The Heart of CWPT Awards is new for 2026 and will run annually, replacing the Trust's Q Awards. The new name has been chosen by colleagues at CWPT to reflect what the awards are all about: the people at the heart of the difference we make.
Anyone working or volunteering at CWPT can be nominated for a Heart of CWPT Award. Every year, we invite people across Coventry and Warwickshire to nominate a person or team they feel has gone the extra mile to help them or to deliver exceptional services.
Our annual awards is always a highlight in our Trust's calendar, and it is a privilege to read the nominations as they showcase the wonderful work our staff and volunteers do, and the difference they make every day. For 2026, we're delighted to announce a new name for our awards. Chosen by colleagues, the Heart of CWPT Awards reflects what the event is all about: celebrating the brilliant people and teams at the heart of our organisation. What makes the awards that extra bit special is that nominations can be made by anyone - staff, volunteers, or members of the public. This means those moments and actions that our staff and volunteers have been involved in which aren't necessarily seen by their colleagues can be properly acknowledged and celebrated!
