Using your lived experience

It's not just your transferable skills that can be of benefit here, but your lived experience too. We have lots of former armed forces personnel working in our dedicated mental health services for veterans; OP Courage and the ex-armed forces pathway. They bring insights and experiences that allow us to provide the very best care, having walked in the shoes of those they are supporting.
