  2. Arden Mental Health Acute Team (AMHAT)

    A point of contact for all local acute hospital referrals for specialist assessment of mental health crisis and mental health disorder. The service also provides liaison support and training to staff at local acute hospitals.

  3. Ashby House Adult Learning Disability Respite Services

    Respite care for people with a severe learning disability, associated conditions and mental health needs.

  4. Bradbury House Children's Learning Disability Respite

    Short break service for children and young people with learning disability and challenging behaviour.

  5. Central Booking Service (CBS)

    CBS is the first point of contact for referrals into many areas of the Trust. We also manage the direct booking of patients' initial appointments for many community services including: Mental Health, Adult Speech & Language, CMS (Physio); Learning Disabilities, Clinical Assessment Services.

  6. Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS)

    Support, assessment and treatment for children and young people in Coventry and Warwickshire experiencing emotional wellbeing difficulties, or mental health problems, disorders and illnesses.

  9. Community Neurological Rehabilitation

    The team offers specialist assessment and rehabilitation for individuals who have had a recent admission to hospital as a result of a new or worsening neurological condition. They will complete their work in your home or other community settings appropriate to your goals and potential for rehabilitation.

    Service that supports children with complex health needs in their own homes, in school and in the respite setting

  11. Continence

    Continence Assessments for bowel/bladder dysfunction secondary to neurological disease, work closely with women's health physio service/urology and colorectal services. Home visits for housebound people, education and support to healthcare health professionals.

  13. Continuing Care Team (Children's)

    24/7 service providing a bespoke commissioned package of care managed by children's nurses and delivered by trained carers.

  14. Criminal Justice Liaison and Diversion

    Assessment of needs, advice, referral onto appropriate services for young people and adults who come into contact with the criminal justice system. 0730 - 2000, 7 days a week.

  15. Dementia Services

    Assessing people to see if they have dementia, providing post diagnostic information and other support for people who have just been given a diagnosis of dementia.

  18. Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

    DBT is a specific type of cognitive behaviour therapy adapted to meet the needs of people who have very intense and highly reactive emotions.

  19. Eating Disorder Service (Adults)

    The Trust provides two centres for eating disorders services, one in Coventry (outpatient services) and one in Warwick (inpatient and outpatient services).

  24. Fennell Acute Day Treatment Service

    Provides treatment for people with acute mental illness who would benefit from time-limited, intensive specialist intervention. Provides an alternative to home treatment or inpatient admission.

    Residential short break service for children with learning disabilities and associated physical health conditions.

  26. Hawkesbury Lodge Rehabilitation and Recovery Unit

    A locked recovery unit for the rehabilitation and recovery of adults who experience complex, severe and enduring mental illness and who are unable to live independently.

  27. Hazelwood Rehabilitation and Recovery Unit

    A locked rehabilitation and recovery unit for males with enduring mental illness and challenging behaviour.

  28. Highfield House Rehabilitation and Recovery Unit

    A recovery unit for the rehabilitation and recovery of adults with mental illness who are unable to live independently. Rehabilitation programme surrounding skills of daily living, assistance to self medicate, access transport, social and leisure.

  29. Immunisation and Vaccination Service (School Age)

    Planning and delivery of all school-based immunisation programmes across Coventry and Warwickshire, according to a schedule agreed with Public Health England.

  30. Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT)

    IAPT services are for people with mild, moderate and moderate to severe symptoms of anxiety or depression living in Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire. The service now has its own, dedicated website:

If you currently registered with a GP in Coventry, Warwickshire or Solihull and are over the age of 16 yrs and suffering with low mood and anxiety you can self-refer via the link below. Once we have received your referral we will give you a call to book you in for a telephone appointment.
