In-reach Allied Health Professionals (AHP) host provider service to Neonatal Units and Special Care Baby Units (SCBUs) across Coventry and Warwickshire, covering George Eliot Hospital, Warwick Hospital & University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire. The AHP Team will be responsible for supporting the delivery of equitable, high quality, evidenced based practice across the Local Maternity and Neonatal Systems which will integrate across hospital sites consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech & Language Therapists and Dietitians.

We provide a person-centred community based service to adults with a learning disability in Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull. Each of the five teams consist of Nursing, Psychiatry Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy.
