Meaningful appraisals

Meaningful appraisals

All staff have an annual appraisal to develop a clear career pathway and identify the support needed to help you get where you want to go. Our appraisals are an opportunity for you to reflect, alongside your manager, on your achievements over the past year, identify any training needs, and put the support in place to help you achieve your career goals. The Trust operates an appraisal window each year, which means everyone at CWPT will be invited for their appraisal over a four-month period. Staff should login to the Trust's Talent Platform to fill in their appraisal ahead of meeting with their manager to help aid the discussion and give time to reflect.

Coaching is available to provide you with positive support and feedback on individual or group objectives.
