If you or someone you are with is in a mental health crisis and needs urgent support, call 111 and select the mental health option.
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
A team member will explore and triage the nature of your call and, if appropriate, will make arrangements for a clinician to meet with you. The team comprises a range of experienced NHS staff and clinicians with specific mental health expertise and have access to local services which can support and advise you.
