Clinical Education Team

We are a team of clinical educators that work across all teams within the children’s community nursing service in Coventry, facilitating and providing theoretical clinical education and practical training for children and young people (CYP) within the service’s patient caseloads.

- Referral Criteria: The CYP must be on a patient caseload within the CYP community nursing service, in one of the following teams: children’s community nursing team, special schools nursing team, The Birches respite team, continuing care team, children’s bladder and bowel
