This is the ‘Spirit of CWPT’ – short film released
Welcome to the 'Spirit of CWPT' a new film taking you inside the services of Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. Featuring staff members, partners, and service users across the Trust's mental health, learning disability and autism, children and young people, and corporate services, the film showcases how we're making a difference people's health and wellbeing, now and in the future.
The film highlights our culture as an organisation and our commitment to improving health outcomes for our communities in Coventry and Warwickshire. Our diverse teams come together with one shared goal: to provide the very best care. Every role, every profession and every action matters, because together, we help people live brighter, more independent and fulfilled lives.

I am delighted to share the Spirit of CWPT film. Our people really are what makes this organisation special, and this video celebrates the people at the heart of the difference we make. Everyone has a role to play in providing exceptional care, be it in a front line role or support service, working behind the scenes to make sure our clinical teams have the right resources and tools.
