Issue for Three (3) mobile phone users accessing the crisis text service

We are aware of an issue affecting some users on the Three (3) mobile phone network who are trying to access mental health support via the crisis text service, which is provided by Shout in partnership with CWPT. This may also impact people whose providers use the same infrastructure, such as Vodafone, iD and Smarty.

Users are able to text CWHOPE to us on 85258 but not reply to our messages. We are working Three and will post again when they have solved the issue.

We understand how frustrating it is to not be able to access support. If you are in a mental health crisis, call 111 (select mental health option) or take a look at other options to find help now.
