Icon  Neurodivergent and allies network 

Launched in September 2025, this new staff network is open to colleagues across CWPT who: 

  • identify as neurodivergent (self-identifying or diagnosed)
  • want to show their support to the community and are committed to being allies

We are developing a peer support network for neurodivergent staff which fosters a safe space to learn from the lived experiences of each other.

This network will feed into and share the overarching aims of the disability and wellbeing network (DaWN).
