Julie Frake-Harris

Julie has worked in the NHS for over 27 years, delivering services across London, Cambridge, Peterborough, Lincoln, Leicester, and Kent. She has a passion for Integrated Mental Health Learning Disability and community services and has held Chief Operating Officer roles in community and mental health settings, and in an acute trust during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Julie held her first director role championing Mental Health Forensic Services and Integrated Prison Services before moving to Cambridge and Peterborough. There, she was the architect of the Neighbourhood Team model for Cambridge and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT). Julie has also held system leadership positions, working to develop partnerships across health and care services, particularly focusing on the Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) pathways. 

Julie's values drive her in ensuring that both colleagues and our service users are supported and prioritised, building on what has been achieved within the Trust to drive improvements and deliver quality-care. She is committed to operational delivery and ensuring that our people and the communities we serve remain at the heart of everything that we do.
