Jacky Vincent - Chief Nursing Officer
Jacky Vincent is the Chief Nursing Officer at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.
Jacky joined the Trust on an interim basis in 2025 from her previous role as Director of Nursing for NHS England - East of England and brings significant senior leadership experience across mental health and learning disability services. She previously served as Chief Nursing Officer at Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Trust.
A highly respected national leader, Jacky has played an influential role in shaping the future of the learning disability nursing workforce, working with national partners on recruitment and retention, as well as with the Foundation of Nursing Studies as a Learning Disability Nurse Advisor. Jacky co-chaired the national Model of Care Delivery Group, as part of the national Quality Transformation Programme in mental health, learning disability and autism, enabling systems and providers to achieve radical changes in the delivery of the programme.
