Jacky Vincent - Interim Chief Nursing Officer
Jacky Vincent became Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust's Interim Chief Nursing Officer in August 2025.
Jacky was previously Director of Nursing for NHS England - East of England, and the Chief Nursing Officer at Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Trust prior.
Jacky is an experienced senior nurse leader in learning disability and mental health services, and has worked with national colleagues influencing the future of recruiting and retaining learning disability nurses, and with the Foundation of Nursing Studies as a Learning Disability Nurse Advisor. She is also co-Chair of the national Model of Care Delivery Group, as part of the national Quality Transformation Programme in mental health, learning disability and autism, enabling systems and providers to achieve radical changes in the delivery of the programme.
Jacky is a recognised and respected leader in learning disability nursing and a powerful advocate for staff and patients.
