He brings extensive frontline and strategic experience across the NHS, alongside work with digital technology providers to support the adoption, development, and scaling of innovative solutions within primary care.
Dr Al-Ramadani is a partner at an award-winning surgery in Warwickshire, which has achieved one of the highest patient satisfaction ratings in England. He was also recognised as runner-up for Best Leader in Clinical Care at the Leaders in Health Awards 2025.
Born, trained, and based in the Coventry and Warwickshire region, Dr Al-Ramadani has strong local ties and a deep understanding of the communities served by the Trust. As a non-executive director at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, he is committed to strengthening services through a patient and staff-centred approach, with a particular focus on the thoughtful use of digital technology to support innovation and continuous improvement.
