A multidisciplinary team that work with children and young people who have a Coventry and Warwickshire GP, a diagnosed moderate to severe learning disability and behaviours that challenge, and associated complex health needs.

- Referral Criteria: 0-19 with a moderate to severe learning disability and behaviours that challenge in all environments (such as home and school). We only accept referrals from professionals, including GPs, schools, other health professionals and social care.

- Service hours: 9am to 5pm however the team are a community team and will generally see children in the home or school environments.
About us
We are a multi disciplinary team of psychiatrists, learning disability nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists. We also have a team support worker and a music therapist that work with the young person and their family/carers to assess behaviours and develop a positive behavioural support plan which can be supportive to the young person when implemented.
