You will also need:

  • A good connection to the internet – if you can watch a video online (eg, YouTube) you can make a video call
  • A private, well-lit area where you will not be disturbed during the consultation

Five minutes before your appointment time, click on the relevant service below, or enter the web address you have been sent by your healthcare professional. If for whatever reason your link is not working please call the number given to you with your appointment.

How I set up Attend Anywhere?

Follow the instructions below to start your video consultation:

Follow these instructions below to test that your equipment is set up correctly: On this On this web page, click the Start video call button and follow instructions. Wait in your own private video room. Your healthcare provider sees you arrive in the waiting area queue and joins you in your video room when they are ready.

When starting your video consultation, you will be asked to enter your name and date of birth, and accept the terms and conditions – this information will help us identify you and is not stored after the consultation.

The video consultation is free (except your internet usage charge) and data is not used whilst you are in the waiting room. We recommend that you connect to your home or work Wi-Fi to avoid using your mobile data allowance.
