Improving your emotional wellbeing
It is important to take care of your mind, body and emotions during the coronavirus (covid-19) outbreak.
Life has suddenly changed for us all and it will be a little while until we get back to normal. This may trigger feelings of worry, isolation, loneliness, or frustration. You could also feel anxious, panicked or fearful. Remember is it ok to feel like this and that some of these feelings may be temporary.
