Q Awards 2023

We had a fantastic evening at the Q Awards 2023 that were organised by our Staff Engagement team. The winners were announced at an awards ceremony held at Chesford Grange, Leamington Spa, on 29 November 2023, hosted by BBC Coventry and Warwickshire Radio’s, Phil Upton. It was our 15th Q Awards celebration.

The Trust Q Awards seek to recognise the outstanding commitment of staff, who go above and beyond the call of duty on a daily basis and identifies teams and individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to the care provided for patients or exemplify the highest standards when it comes to support services or inspirational leadership. The Awards recognise those who embody the Trusts values of Collaboration, Compassion, Excellence, Integrity and Respect.

This year, the judges commented on the exceptionally high standard of nominations and that it had been incredibly hard to select the winners, with all nominations and shortlist being worthy of commendation.

We would like to thank all of you that attended the event, and to congratulate all our winners as well as our colleagues that were shortlisted.
