Training and Learning for Parents and Allied Workforce
For Allied Professionals: Further information and training to support families, mothers and birthing persons
Local training has been established to support and upskill multi-agency professionals in identifying and assisting parents and/or carers with young children who may be experiencing mental health difficulties. The early days from conception to age 2 of a child's life are a window of opportunity particularly around growth and brain development, and these training packages help practitioners to support this time frame and parents when they maybe feeling vulnerable and experiencing some emotional trauma.
