Jason Emerson – Chief People Officer
The Chief People Officer leads all the Human Resources functions to ensure we have the sustainable and skilled workforce to meet the needs of those that use our services and deliver the ambitions of the ambitious People Plan. He was appointed in early February 2022 on an interim basis and was substantively appointed into the role from January 2023.
Background and experience
Jason has had a Human Resources and Organisational Development career spanning over 25 years and brings a wealth of experience to the role. He has a passion for developing people to realise their full potential and is a champion for diversity, equality, and inclusion. He is committed to inclusive leadership and innovation and shaping an inclusive workforce to deliver the changing needs of the communities we serve.
Qualifications
MA Human Resources, Level 7 Diploma Strategic Management and Leadership.
