Hello, my name is Emma. I have joined the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training team because I want to help individuals to understand how best to support people with learning disabilities and autistic people.

Important things to know about me are:

• I don't like the smell of tomato sauce and strong perfumes.
• I struggle with being late or other people being late because it interferes with how I settle into a room.
• I find it difficult when people are on their phones and laptops when I'm trying to communicate with them. It distracts me from doing my job.
• I prefer simple and direct language, instead of jargon.
• I'm looking forward to meeting you all on your training and to talk about learning disabilities.
