About us

Telephone number: 024 7658 8816

Safeguarding children, young people and adults with care and support needs is everyone's business and is a key priority within our Trust.

The abuse of children and adults with care and support needs can have a devastating and lifelong effect on all its victims including family members and carers.

Our Trust expects all individuals who come into contact with us to experience a safe, sound and supportive service that is sensitive to their needs.

We are committed to preventing and identifying any abuse of children, young people and adults with care and support needs. We aim to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of all who use our services, with the additional aim of improving and enhancing the quality of life of anyone who has been victimised.

Our Trust Board has lead responsibility for fulfilling these aims through the work of its clinical staff, operational managers and their teams, and everyone employed by the Trust. We work closely with local authority colleagues who have lead agency responsibility for safeguarding and in serious cases with the police.
