Service overview
Community mental health service for people experiencing non psychotic disorders.
A team of NHS and Social Care professionals working together with other teams, including hospital services and Crisis team, to provide care to people in the community who have been diagnosed with a non-psychotic disorder such as Depression and anxiety, OCD, personality disorder, eating disorder. We provide treatment and signpost to other services depending on individual needs.
The service works to the Recovery Model to maximize a person's potential and personal recovery by addressing health and social needs, such as medication, access to psychological interventions, accessing support for work, education and leisure, and support in managing their day to day mental health condition.
Teams operate from:
- Avenue House, North Warwickshire;
- The Railings, Rugby;
- St. Mary’s Lodge, Leamington Spa;
- Stratford Health Centre, South Warwickshire;
- Tile Hill, Coventry
Opening hours
The service runs Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, except Bank Holidays.
