The Central Booking Service is a team of highly skilled clerical, admin, clinical staff and consultants who work closely together to manage all referrals to our services, including an initial assessment of your needs and, where appropriate, the booking of your first appointment with one of our specialist teams. Our Central Booking Service is open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, receiving approximately 500 calls per day, to support access to our services across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull. Once referred to one of our services, your referral will be processed through our Trusts Electronic Patient System. We receive referrals from Health Care Professionals via the following methods - National eReferral System, Phone, Post, Fax & Email.
