The Recovery and Wellbeing Academy delivers trauma informed, educational courses and workshops where both professionals and people with lived experience share their knowledge to enable and empower people who attend, to gain information on each topic delivered. Provided by a number of partner organisations working together, the aim of these sessions is to offer hope for recovery and for people to improve their health and wellbeing. Courses are delivered face to face and via live online group sessions and are completely free of charge.
