We're looking for a Non-executive Director to join our Trust Board
We have an opportunity for a Non-Executive Director (NED) to join our Trust Board and guide the direction of our services to ensure equitable, high-quality care across our mental health, learning disability and autism, and community physical health services, both now and in the future.
Bal Claire, who joined CWPT as a NED four years ago said, ‘This is an exciting and challenging opportunity. Covid has shone a light on the need for mental health services over the past two years and working together to develop healthcare and systems that are optimised much better for patients and vulnerable people is a great opportunity.’
At CWPT, we have one of the most diverse boards in the country, and we believe that the most effective boards are those that reflect the communities they serve. Bal said, ‘We need a diverse set of skills around the table, and we’d welcome applications from those who feel they can use their experience to make a real difference.
