NHS Trust recruits Jane Hodge as new Non-Executive Director
The NHS Trust Development Authority (NHS TDA) has confirmed the appointment of Jane Hodge as Non-Executive Director of Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.
Jane is Chief Operating Officer at Warwick Medical School, University of Warwick. She leads the administration team for Warwick Medical School and determines School strategy as part of the Senior Management Group.
Jane holds an MBA in Higher Education Management, obtained from University College London, and has previously held other senior roles at the University of Warwick, as the University’s Deputy Director of Human Resources. Before joining Warwick in 2005, Jane held a number of senior management positions at J Sainsbury PLC.
Jane said: “The availability of free healthcare to all at the point of need is fundamental to our way of life in this country and I am delighted and proud to have been given the opportunity to serve the NHS as a Non-Executive Director. This Trust has a wide-ranging and complex remit and the excellent and dedicated staff who work within it play a vital role in supporting our community. Non-executive appointments to NHS Trusts made by the NHS TDA are subject to the Code of Practice of the Commissioner for Public Appointments.
Jane has been appointed from 1 April 2015 until 31 March 2017 and is entitled to receive a remuneration of £6157 per annum. She has declared no political activity in the last five years.
