‘Mend the Gap’ moves on to Bedworth
Organisations from across the NHS, the voluntary sector and beyond are coming together for the next Mend the Gap event, which will showcase the support available locally, to people struggling with their mental health. The next will be held at Bedworth Football Club on Wednesday 22 March 2023.
The one-day ‘Mend the Gap’ event will bring together a range of NHS services and charities, including Sky Blues in the Community, Mind Coventry and Warwickshire, Rethink, the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPT) as well as other smaller local organisations. The event will be open to the public at 1.00pm to drop in anytime until 4.15pm. They will see various organisations talking about the support they offer and how it can be accessed. It will also be an opportunity for people attending to network and make connections with others. The event on the 22 March 2023 will follow on from successful ‘Mend the Gap’ over the last 6 months in Coventry in and Warwick. The Trust have co-created and co-hosted the events with Willenhall Men’s Support Group who meet at Hagard Community Space.
