Joint working with UHCW
We recently held a joint board meeting where we agreed to work in partnership to develop improved pathways of care and improve outcomes for patients in Coventry and Warwickshire. There are three key priorities that our teams will be taking forward, these being:
- Improve outcomes for people who are frail, respond to their needs with the right level of care supporting them to stay well in their community
- Develop a responsive clinically effective, integrated muscular skeletal service
- Improve outcomes for people with urgent mental health and physical health needs in our hospitals
These are the agreed areas of focus over the next few months and our teams will work together, alongside other partners in Coventry, to develop a joint work programme and achieve our shared ambitions to deliver great care for patients.
