Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust launches new website
As healthcare moves into the digital world, we want our service users, their families and carers, and our staff, to be able to access the information they need, when they need it. Our new site has not only been redesigned, but the content has been approved and improved by service specialists and staff across our Trust to ensure our website reflects the quality service we provide every day.
As well as up to date service information, our new site features an enhanced service search facility, location and parking details for all our sites and urgent care advice. Additionally we are using the latest BrowseAloud text-to-speech software and have made the new site fully responsive when viewed on mobiles and tablet devices, making it more accessible and easier to use.
This site has been developed following consultation with service users, their families and carers, and our staff to ensure we provide the information our stakeholders needs the most.
Justine Richards, Director of Strategy and Business Development, said, “It is important to keep moving forward with digital development to ensure we are offering the best service to our service users, and their families and carers. Our new website represents our forward-thinking approach to improving the care we offer.”
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust provides mental health, learning disability and community health services to the people of Coventry. The Trust also provides mental health and learning disability services in Warwickshire and Solihull, in addition to providing a range of specialist health services to people across the UK.
In a typical day, the Trust sees nearly 5,000 patients from an overall catchment area with a population of more than one million people.
