Community Mental Health Transformation Programme – Innovation Fund
As part of the Community Mental Health Transformation (CMHT), an Innovation Fund worth £300,000 has been distributed across 14 local Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) partners.
These organisations are busy delivering projects across Coventry and Warwickshire that offer invaluable support to people in our communities, including bereavement support, support for refugees, BAME communities and other seldom-heard groups, support for people experiencing homelessness, for parents of young children, for people in financial hardship and for people who are struggling with loneliness and social isolation.
CWPT are working alongside these VCSE organisations, bringing together experience and support from all sectors to have a positive impact on the mental health and wellbeing of residents in Coventry and Warwickshire.
