Community and Urgent Care National Mental Health Patient Survey - now live

Have you received support and care from Community or Urgent Care Mental Health Services (not inpatients) in Coventry and Warwickshire?

Are you aged 16 years old or over?

The Care Quality Commission Annual National Mental Health Survey 2024 launched in September and closes on 29 November. It invites all patients and service users of community mental health services and urgent care mental health services, who are aged 16 years or over (in some cases this may include RISE), to give their feedback. Each person will be sent a letter inviting them to take part in the survey, which is run by an independent research organisation on behalf of the NHS.

All published data is anonymised, so individual responses cannot be identified. The objective of the research is to identify and address areas which need improvement in our services. Taking part is voluntary and all answers are treated confidentially.

Please do take part in the survey, if you receive a letter. This is your chance to have your say and help us to improve mental health services in Coventry and Warwickshire.
