Communications and Engagement Stakeholder survey
Dear stakeholder,
We are undertaking a communications, engagement and reputation review of Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. We would like to hear what our colleagues and stakeholders think of us and what we’re like to work with, whether in the context of being a healthcare provider, partner, employer or as an organisation in general.
We would very much like to involve you and your group or organisation in the review. You may answer as an individual or on behalf of others. You are welcome to forward the link to this survey to colleagues who may have an interest in sharing their views.

Please be open and honest in your comments, telling us where you think we can improve as well as what we do well. As a learning organisation, we will use the information you share with us to help improve the way we communicate and work with, involve and engage our healthcare partners, staff, patients and other stakeholders.
Once the review has concluded, we will share on our website a summary of the feedback we receive, along with the actions we will take to strengthen communications and engagement.
