Daniel Lillico

At present, I am working as an estates officer at Wayside House and have been for the last three years. I have worked in the Estates Department for Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust for 9 years in total. I have a great knowledge of the Trust estate and the buildings, their uses, backgrounds and conditions. I oversee the Facilities teams, conducting appraisals and dealing with staff issues when needed.

I started with the Trust as a Maintenance Electrician in 2008 as my main trade is an electrician. An opportunity arose for a Trainee Estates Officer and the role included the relevant training. I was successful in applying for the post and have carried on with various training relevant to the position, and gained various qualifications. I am now an Estates Officer; a role I thoroughly enjoy. I feel I am very loyal to the Trust and very much hope  to progress further. I have experience on the ‘shop floor’  and the management (office) role. I feel I can bring some valuable experience to the role of Staff Governor, as I have an Estates / maintenance background and have demonstrated how people can progress and work their way up within The Trust.
