Medicines management is everybody’s business.
It includes the way that medicines are selected, purchased, delivered, prescribed, administered and reviewed in order to ensure that they play an effective role in the clinical treatment we provide.
Our Trust is committed to ensuring that its services users and patients receive the highest possible standards of care with respect to their medicines.
Prescribing Formulary
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is a member of the Coventry and Warwickshire Area Prescribing Committee. As a Trust we do not maintain our own Formulary and instead we promote the Area Prescribing Committee's Prescribing Guidance and Formularies, which are hosted on the Coventry and Warwickshire Area Prescribing Committee website here.
