The academy offers a wide range of FREE courses and workshops designed to empower people in recognising their skills, abilities and resources and learning to become experts in their own recovery and wellbeing.

The free courses are currently run from the Wellbeing hubs across Coventry and Warwickshire. Brooklands have their own bespoke free courses available for Brooklands (students only). Professionals are welcome to come and see what we have to offer.
