Nominations open for Quality Awards
Nominations are now open for the 2018 Q Awards at our Trust!
People across Coventry and Warwickshire are invited to nominate a member of staff or volunteer at our Trust, who they feel has gone the extra mile to help them. The nomination form is available online at www.covwarkpt.nhs.uk/q-awards-2018, or from any Trust-run building.
We provide mental health and learning disability services to Coventry, Warwickshire and parts of Solihull. We also provide community health services in Coventry, as well as some specialist services for patients from across the West Midlands and beyond.
In July next year, we will hold our 10th awards celebration evening to mark the achievements, dedication, and high levels of commitment of our staff and volunteers across the wide range of services we provide.
The award categories showcase our values of ‘Seeking Excellence’; ‘Working Together’; ‘Compassion in Action’ and ‘Respect for Everyone’. Nominations are welcomed from patients, families and carers and also from our staff, for particular individuals or teams that have gone above and beyond in providing high-quality care for service users or their carers.
Jagtar Singh, our Chair, said: “We are keen to make our Trust a great place to care, to receive care and to work. The Q Awards is our opportunity to demonstrate our appreciation of all the hard work our staff have put in over the last year.
“We are extremely proud of all our staff, and I would like to also encourage anyone who has used our services and appreciated the help or care they have had from a member of staff in the past year, to consider taking the time to let us know about it.”
