Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust launched its Foundation Trust members’ survey for 2015 on the 1 June 2015.

The survey offers its Foundation Trust members the opportunity to give their opinions and experiences on how the Trust communicates and engages, whilst seeking their views on how it might improve.

The member’s views and opinions are important; their feedback is a positive response in order to see how the Trust can improve the overall patient experience ultimately.

Members of the Trust will be sent the survey in a number of ways including email, whilst being advertised on the Trust website and through Trust News - its member’s magazine.

Jagtar Singh, Chair of the Trust said: “Our Trust leadership team along with our Council of Governors understand the vital insight this survey of our members affords us as a service provider.

“The opinions of members; who include our service users; their carers; our staff, and; general members of the public help develop our abilities to communicate and engage effectively. This helps us to implement changes to improve the delivery of those services. I would encourage all our members to give their feedback”.

Please visit the Trust website to take part or look out for the opportunity to take the survey, it only take a few minutes to complete. The survey is open from 1 June till 17 July 2015. Results will be published later in the year.
