Fiona McGruer

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Fiona joined the trust in December 2016  as Associate Director of Operations for Integrated Community services. She previously worked in Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Trust where she had worked in a variety of clinical and management roles.

As a Registered General Nurse and Registered Mental Health Nurse Fiona has had a long NHS career spanning 36 years and has always been involved in the delivery of clinical services.
