Dominic Cox - Director or Strategy and Development

The Director of Strategy and Development leads development and implementation of our Trust Strategy. The current portfolio includes system transformation and development, workforce and organisational development and leadership of our Trust-wide improvement programme. 

Background and experience

Dominic has a breadth of experience gained across the NHS over the last 25 years, within key leadership roles across the system. Dominic has delivered acute, community and primary care services with recent Director roles across NHS England and local Clinical Commissioning Groups.

Dominic was appointed as Director of Strategy and Development in March 2019, having served as Interim Director from October 2018.
