Digital and Data Strategy Patient Engagement
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPT) would like to thank everyone who took part in our Data and Digital Strategy patient and public survey.
The survey closed on 23rd October 2022, and we received lots of important feedback about the way you use digital when visiting CWPT and using our services.
Using the results of the survey, we are now drafting the Strategy and hope to launch it in Spring 2023. So watch this space!
What is the Data and Digital Strategy?
A digital system is any way we communicate with you using technology, this could include the use of websites, mobile phone apps, online appointment booking systems and more.
The Data and Digital Strategy will set out how the Trust plans to put these digital systems in place over the next three years.
The Strategy will:
- Allow clinicians to transform how they deliver care, making things more efficient and freeing up time to care.
- Help patients take more control over their care and access our services in more convenient ways.
- Help us work better across departments and with other organisations.
- Help reduce the Trust’s carbon footprint.
The Data and Digital Strategy will help us ensure safe and secure practice and improve care.
