See the service transformation strategy:
We have a range of opportunities for you to get involved with our services. We are always looking for new people to get involved in our service user groups and would value your contribution. If you were hoping to get involved in one particular service and have not found what you were looking for here, please contact us on 024 76 961987and one of our team will be in touch to explain how you can participate.
SERVICE USER ASSEMBLY
The Service User Assembly is a group of parents and carers who have children or young people attending our services. We meet four times a year to talk about important issues facing Child and Family health services in Coventry. This is an opportunity for you to work with us to shape services for the future.
PATIENT FIRST PROGRAMME
The Patient First programme is about understanding what matters most to you when you come into contact with our services. Patient First is built upon the principles of good customer experience. We are working with service users and staff to determine the standards you expect from us.
