Jane Hodge

Background and Experience

Jane Hodge is the Non-Executive Director of our Trust nominated by Warwick University. Jane’s term of office started in April 2015, and was renewed in April 2017 until 31 March 2020 and again from April 2020 for a further three years and then for a final term to March 2024.

As Chief Operating Officer of Warwick University Medical School (WMS), Jane leads on Governance and Professional Services and helps determine strategy as part of the School’s Senior Management Group.

Previously, Jane has held senior roles at the University of Warwick, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Warwick Business School, and prior to that as the University’s Deputy Director of Human Resources.

Before joining Warwick in 2005, Jane held senior roles in Human Resources Management at J Sainsbury PLC.

MBA – Higher Education Management (UCL).
